It’s hard to make us swoon over salad, but if anyone is up for the job it’s Spencer Huey. He makes a plate of unmatched beauty. For this styled shoot with Nico Chavez, we foraged local blooms to match the chef’s locally sourced menu. To offset the bright and springy salads we leaned into a more rustic pallet for the florals.
